Take a Stand
In all that we do, we act in a kind and loving way.
Speaking the truth in love, we will speak out against what we believe from Scripture to be wrong.
We will continue to pray and uphold the people of God and the leaders of this movement in our personal and corporate prayers.
We will address leadership courteously and respectfully, but we will not remain silent in the face of injustice.
Whether we communicate our convictions by letter, phone, email, or social media, we will stick to the facts and not become angry or say anything that would bring offense to the cause of Christ.
We will join in the fellowship of believers and participate in church activities, seeking to strengthen the unity of our shared faith.
We are sensitive to the many needs of our fellow brothers and sisters around the world and commit ourselves to helping them in the best ways we can.
We reject the use of compulsion as a means of enforcement in the body of Christ.
We accept the call from Ellen White when she said “Men and women are wanted now who are as true to duty as the needle to the pole.”
Like God’s followers of the past, we intend to stand for the right though the heavens fall.
